4. Her Embodiment Events & Retreats Disclaimer

A. Participation Risks & Health Advisory

Events hosted by Her Embodiment may include:
✔ Yoga & movement practices
✔ Sound meditation & breathwork
✔ Connection circles & provided food

These activities may not be suitable for individuals with:
❌ Cardiovascular conditions (heart attack, angina, high blood pressure, pacemakers)
❌ Recent surgery or significant injuries
❌ Glaucoma, osteoporosis, retinal detachment
❌ Mental health conditions or seizure disorders
❌ A personal or family history of aneurysms

Breathwork Advisory:

  • Pregnant participants should consult their doctor before participating.

  • Those with asthma should bring inhalers and seek medical advice.

By signing up, you and your representatives (“Releasing Parties”) agree to:

By attending, you grant Her Embodiment permission to take and use photography/videography of you for marketing purposes (social media, website, promotional materials).

9. Refunds and Exchanges

Ashlee Day Co offers a 0-day term refund policy (as outlined on each sales page) which is available for all products, programs, and coaching purchased from Ashlee Day Co. However, Ashlee Day Co wants every customer to be happy with their purchase so if the customer isn’t 100% happy with the course they have a 24-hour cooling-off period for each course and coaching package purchased for a full refund.

Change of mind for courses can be exchanged for similar-priced courses (within the cooling-off period) by the same author but will require a doctor’s certificate if a refund is required. Administration costs apply.
